Beauties And Beasts 1

As Sundays at this address seem to have degenerated into discussions of beauty (with a little gratuitous leering thrown in — you animals), I had  an idea for a new series:  beautiful cars, suitably accessorized.

Here, for example, is the Ferrari thread:

Next week (unless y’all hate this idea):  another brand.

  1. It has always been and will be, that if you can afford to purchase new a high performance car, you can also afford to purchase/rent/own er I mean acquire an even higher maintenance female companion to go with it.

    1. Your notions of who owns whom seem reversed to me.

The male acquires a few brief moments of fun, the lady acquires a lucrative lifetime revenue property – if she plans the acquisition properly. And she will.

      1. As the saying goes, “Long-term, the car is cheaper to maintain.”

Corollary: “If it floats, flies or fucks, rent it, don’t buy it.”

(But that’s just the bitter divorced man in me talking.)

  2. I do like the minidressed, they-go-all-the-way-up look. trouble is, with the lace trim, the dress looks like underwear. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

  3. Gal in picture #2 reminds me of the first time I walked in on a young lady doing her bidness – though shortly to bud again, for the moment the bloom was off that rose. Looking forward to a thread that includes a Mädchen or two. Meanwhile, “Poorchee” (childhood pronunciation) goes around the ‘Ring – Boogity-Boogity-Boogity…..

Mark: Dresses looking like underwear. I recall Glen Campbell’s observation about a girlfriend’s taste in clothing; “based on her outfit, when I arrived home from work, never knew whether we were going out for the evening or to bed”.
