  1. “Now get to work.”

Today is my last day at my job. I will be suspended tomorrow and fired in 2 weeks, because I refuse to take the “vaccine”.

    Wish me luck!

    1. what industry are you in? That’s appalling that they force you to put stuff into your body as a condition of employment

      JQ

    2. I do wish you good luck.
Someone very close to me just went through the same thing and was fortunate enough to have another job lined up – she was planning a career change anyway.
One of the things I asked her was – What happened to ‘my body, my choice’ ?
From what I’ve heard / read, some have gone the legal route and won. If it were me I’d sure consider it.
No pharmaceutical company in the world would come out with ANY type of drug and claim that it could be given to ANYONE, even CHILDREN. Thus their protection via our benevolent Federal Government against law suits. No one ever said you couldn’t nail your employer though. Maybe worth a shot.
If everyone you work with is ‘protected’ – they’re not, according to the ‘conditions and caveats’ sheet given to the guinea pigs taking this thing – WHY do they care if YOU are protected ?? Just a question.

    3. @lpd ..
Isn’t this some sort of HIPAA violation? I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on the intrawebz, but it seems to me this goes way past the boundary of medical privacy. My 2¢.
On the other hand, if you were wanting “out” of your soon-to-be ex-employer, well, this is certainly one way out.

    4. Yes, I would also assume it was a HIPPA violation. Just tell them that you did get a vaccine and refuse to supply your medical records. You will probably be ineligible for unemployment Are you in a Union? Will they back you ? You can’t always count on them.

When I retired at 73, the Steelworkers Union said I quit, because i didn’t have vesting yet ( to be vested I would have needed to work til I was 80.

    5. I hate the acronym, so…..I am not a lawyer, but I read recently of a similar situation. The advice was to have a lawyer write up a very polite but legal letter that basically stated that the “enter company name here” would be held legally and financially responsible for any and all physical illnesses directly related to the “vaccine”, with an attached list of ailments currently proven to be the result of said vaccine. Supposedly, the company backed down. YMMV .
