Best description of Duran Duran was made by my old lead guitarist buddy Danny who said, “You know, their music sounds brilliant… but when you listen to it closely, you realize that there’s not much actually happening in there.”

there probably is not enough Duran Duran in my music library.
I’ve been collecting used cds and burning them to my computer and creating playlists for my phone. It’s mostly classic rock, country and jazz with a sprinkling of classical, 80s rap and blues
The 80s. What a musical wasteland. I’m kind of indifferent to Duran Duran; I give them credit for shoveling empty calories onto the radio. Bon Jovi on the other hand – I loathe JBJ, and so should you. His songs sound like they were written by a 12 year old with a rhyming dictionary, and his voice has a strained quality that makes him sound perpetually constipated. Get the man an enema, stat.
