  1. For the parts of the country that are still American. Fortunately I do live in one of the solidarity states.

    1. Thus begins the end of the ‘United’ part of the USA.
      Let’s hope that it is not going to precipitate a Fort Sumpter moment.

  4. I have a question: What does “stands with” mean? Are these states going to send troops (with live ammunition) down to the border? Anything less is just virtue signaling.

    1. Unfortunately, probably along the lines of Facebook “thoughts and prayers”. IOW, not much.

        I remember years ago when people actually headed to the border to do something about it. I don’t think it was successful because the phone lines to the Border patrol were jammed up with people calling in to report criminals crossing the border.

  5. As of this morning, I believe there are now 25 states standing with Governor Abbott and the Constitution. Sadly, Katie Hobbs, lackluster Governor of Arizona (who announced weeks ago that she was sending the Arizona National Guard to our southern border), will not be among the supporters of Texas.

    And as to the AZNG on the border, my compliments on their camouflage. It is so good, they are impossible to see.

  6. I’m surprised the Mayor of NYFC didn’t chime in with support.

    Lock it down dudes. Get the border under control so we know who is coming into our country. We all secure our homes for the same reasons. This needs to be a defense in depth. Audit employment documents to ensure only those legally allowed to work in our country are actually working. DOJ can leave the parents alone at school board meetings and go after folks who sneak across our borders, use fraudulent documents to take jobs away from American citizens. We have to make criminal migrants unwelcome in this country and make it impossible for them to thrive in our society. If their countries are so terrible then we need the CIA to foster insurrections to overturn their governments if it is in the national interest of the United States.
