  1. Civil forfeiture is coming close to the general welfare clause in the Constitution to being the most abused legal phrase in the country

I’d add the ‘interstate commerce’ clause to that list, after the completely bass-ackwards Wickard v Filburn SCOTUS decision which was such a stupid 180 from it’s intension that it effectively gutted the 10th amendment; in fact, it gutted the very concept of a limited federal government, putting absolutely no limits on what Congress can control.
      We need to ctrl-alt-del the US, back to factory settings.

        That horrible boot-strapped decision opened the door for Big Guv to stick its nose into every tiny crevice of our business, bathroom and bedroom.
