Quote Of The Day

Talking about voting patterns:

“It’s a time-honored tradition in big Democratically controlled cities like Chicago my home town, Philadelphia, to do precisely what they’re doing now.  I’ve never seen it at such a magnitude, because I think this is an indication of just how widespread it is, how deep it is.  And I don’t think it’s just confined to Philadelphia. My instincts, and again, coming out of Chicago Democratic politics, my instincts tell me it’s going on in Atlanta, it’s going on in Detroit, it’s going on in Milwaukee, it’s going on in Las Vegas.  It’s like what Justice Power said about pornography, “You can’t define it, but you know it when you see it.”  And coming out of the Democratic Chicago political establishment, I know how they operate.  They control polling places.  They stop votes when their candidate’s behind.  And then in the wee hours of the morning, in the dark of night, the stealing starts.  And we’ve seen that in big numbers, unprecedented numbers this election in Michigan and in Philadelphia.  It’s outrageous.  The fact that they’re doing it with impunity  is because the media is simply looking the other way, the corrupt mainstream media is not interested in protecting our Constitution or the rule of law, they just want to beat Donald Trump at all costs.” — Rod Blagoyevitch (D), former Governor of Illinois.

It would really have been nice if the Guv — knowing what he did — had put a stop to it when he was still in office… but of course, he was never going to do that, was he? because he benefited from it.

Kevin has the full story.  Just put your guns away before reading it.

  1. “Just put your guns away before reading it.”

Guns is probably the only way out of this log jam.

  2. I have one observation and one recommendation.
    1. The vote counting was “stopped” simultaneously at several locations. How did they coordinate that? Was it part of a prior plan? Was it done “on-the-fly”? Were there meetings or Zoom calls? I sure wish Admiral Rogers was still at NSA.
    2. Message to all Republican precincts. Do not report your numbers first. Make the Democrats go first. Otherwise they know how many votes they need to manufacture. Play chicken with them.

    1. This. Stop assuming the other side is as honest as you are and the judge will be impartial. In addition to never asking a question you don’t know the answer to, don’t give your opponent the answer he needs to beat you. As one of our experts said, “Don’t bring the bullets when your opponent has an empty gun.”

    2. Either they were actively coordinating during the counting or more likely there were plans in place in advance to stop the counting in all those places at the same time, and anywhere else they could where the counting hadn’t completed yet.
Or both of course. Heck, if I’d made those plans I’d have done both just in case the counting needed to be stopped sooner than it did, but I’m a devious bastard like that.

And indeed, Republicans precincts should never report their numbers before the communists report theirs.
But of course that’ll just lead to no numbers being reported at all, or communist election officials disqualifying all Republican precincts for being late to report, while allowing their own precincts to report at their leasure even days late.

      1. What, Everyone can’t report in the last five minutes? How Fascist!
Our use of the language should be party-neutral, but somehow every big government thing we criticize as Fascist is a Democrat-supported program.

    3. you’re absolutely right.

Republican majority counties should stop reporting their vote tallies until after the big cities have reported.

  3. When my wife graduated from high school in 1969 she learned a quick lesson in big city politics. She had always relied on public transportation during her school years and looked for a job that was close to a bus or subway route since she didn’t own a car. She learned that the City of Philadelphia was hiring for entry level positions. She wad told by a number of people to “make sure that you’re a registered Democrat.” So she signed up with the Democrat party, took the employment test which pretty much consisted of name and address, and got hired into what was considered a good job in those days. The money wasn’t great but the insurance and vacation time was good and nobody ever got fired.

She worked for the City for six years and still remembers how all city employees were “encouraged” to vote in every election from dog catcher to president. They were even given a half day of admin leave to do so. Marge missed one election in six years because she was in the hospital and when she came back to work she had a discussion with her supervisor as to why she didn’t make it to the polls. She says that she wouldn’t be surprised if they knew who she voted for, but they certainly knew if she voted and everybody understood that they needed to be grateful for their jobs.

Marge left her job with the city in 1976 when we got married and she moved to New Jersey (not much of an improvement there) and then to Oklahoma which has been home since 1980. Since nobody is ever purged from the voter rolls, Marge is sure that she’s still active in Philadelphia politics and has voted a straight Democrat ticket for the last 40 years.

    1. I wouldn’t doubt that your wife hasn’t been removed from the polls especially since she registered as a Democrat.

  4. blaghole talking down about political corruption….more proof that we’ll never see it all.

    1. I’m stunned Blago would confess. I’m sure his admission is just the tip of the iceberg too.

It’s like the U2 spy plane gets declassified when its replacement goes into service etc. If Blago is telling us these secret tactics of the evil Democrats, imagine what else they are doing to wreck our country.

  5. I can confirm this is what happens in Detroit… I’ve witnessed this with my own eyes.

  6. I can’t speak for Chicago or Philthadephia but living in Georgia I believe a large portion is the 501c3’s that have popped up as charities. No one is denying the Project Veritas video showing 201 Washington St. in Atlanta having hundreds of registered voters. The head of the charity claims they are homeless and use the address but there are no beds and accommodations are only for the charity staff. The expansion of absentee ballots means you can get “homeless”, a vague legal term, from anywhere to vote. You can resolve these 3 not so easy steps.
    1) Point out the vulnerability to Democrats and suggests limiting registrations to the average number of beds and accommodations the facility supports for the previous 3 years. Any facility knowingly permitting registration or forwarding voting materials in excess of this average will face a $25k fine first offense, $1,000,000 fine and forfeiture of tax exempt status second offense.
    2) Democrats will balk. This is the tricky part. Find a Republican with balls or a conservative willing to open a 501c3 in Atlanta. Register “homeless’ conservatives from around the region, state, country stress that they are only allowed to vote in that precinct and target the current Democrat Mayor, key committee members at the state house, and those representing affluent neighborhoods (Try to get video of lefty elitist when they’re notified they are represented by a conservative commoner.)
    3) Democrats will attempt to add loopholes that benefit them to step 1. Hold your ground and make sure you add a middle class tax cut at this point.

  7. I remember a story in the Popular Science Magazine from about 1970 that discussed cheating in Nascar. One particular paragraph dealt with one crew chief the others were angry with. As one of them later explained, “We knew how much we were cheating, so we just KNEW how much he was cheating.
This is why the Democrats have special hatred for Republicans who get elected. (What must they have done to get past my graft and corruption machine?).
