    My current problem is biltong. I’ve recently discovered this culinary delight*, and am trying to figure out the “best” way to make it for myself.

    *Okay, a Seffrican co-worker in Kuwait was kind/cruel enough to let me try some of his that his wife had made, but it’s only recently that I dug into how to make it.
