  1. What a pretty woman. Haven’t heard her in ages. She was one of my wife’s favorites, and was a frequent companion on our road trips. Her songs were good traveling music.

  2. Enya is my soundtrack when I take my Jeep off-road. Has been for many years. Also love Lorena McKennitt as well. Relaxing and a good background for crawling over rocks and down forest roads.

  3. Enya has been a favorite since I heard her songs in my 20s including this one, though ‘Exile” was my favorite song on that album. My fiance, now wife, later introduced me to Clannad, her family’s group before she went solo.

I rediscovered her from her two incredible songs in the Lord of the Rings movies. I pulled all my Clannad and Enya CD’s off the shelf and ripped them onto my mobile and started listening again.

I wish she had been the singer for the closing song “Into the West” as well; Annie Lennox just wasn’t the right voice for the song that ended the Fellowship and the Third Age, even though she co-wrote it.

    Thanks for this earworm.
