Going by past decisions, we get the Roberts which is most likely to piss off conservatives in that particular case.

Roberts and ACB have proven to be gigantic fizzles, for all their supposed reputation.
I hate to say this, and its hard to predict outcomes. But Alito and Thomas might ought to step down, and get replacements in there. There’s no guarantee when they can no longer hang on, that we won’t have communists running the show.
Considering the quality of Trump’s picks so far, we ought to be giving those guys whatever the democrats were giving that ginsburgh bitch to keep them there as long as possible.

All judges come from the deep state, with a dollop of karenism thrown in for good measure. I would could count it a minor miracle to ever get a good one, regardless of appointing legislature.
But I am getting old enough to appreciate the old guys in the square when I was young.
