  4. Sorry I was late with that one. But if I may suggest, maybe make this an annual observance around here, along with National Ammo Day? 🙂

    I believe (and sincerely hope) we will see more of this in 2026. I have been perplexed why we have not seen more vigilante killings thus far, since so many violent criminals have been allowed to roam free by our (in)justice system. Many murders are committed by violent perps who have been incarcerated dozens of times, it’s become an almost weekly occurrence.

    After Aaron Spencer killed his daughter’s molester in Aransas, he won the primary for Republican candidate for sheriff in his county.

    I am hopeful that this becomes a much more frequent occurrence. When the state abdicates its role as protector of the public, the inherent right of self-defense should be exercised by the public. Frequently. I’d prefer a justice system that works, of course, but failing that?
