  1. I’m sure everyone knows one of these guys, but who is this Osborn guy?

Donald runs / is the President of the Audrian Museum here in Newport RI. He is a well-known car appraiser and Concours Judge in Classic Car Circles. He is a regular on “Jay Leno’s Garage” and does this series with Jay as well as a different series called “Mansions and Motorcars” where they both compare and drive a Prewar Classic, a 50’/60’s car and a modern car and then review a house in Newport and attempt to show the connection.

……….But I may be getting ahead of our host, so I’ll wait for next week.

  2. Born (1948) and raised IN Detroit. I dont remember seeing many, if any foreign cars except, maybe, vw beetles. I just remembered, my dads boss had him take a 30’s-40’s Rolls Royce somewhere and on the way he came by the house and took us for a short drive. The car was beautiful with polished wood inside. We, Detroit, kids lusted after American iron.. To me, that little Tbird is the most attractive of the 3, the other 2 just look odd. Of course I’m odd too, having only bought 8 cars (6 new) in my life.

  3. Of the three…I’ll take the T-Bird. The Porsche 911 (particularly more modern iterations) don’t really do anything for me, nor do the earliest Ferraris.
