Not having Turkey today. It’s just two of us, and My Lady is gluten intolerant, so I can’t make my mother’s gravy, which was the keystone to the meal, so far as I was concerned. Gluten free flour doesn’t make a decent gravy nohow.
So, we’re having Steaks.
