The Skynrd and Young feud is a myth. Ronnie Van Zant wore Neil young shirts onstage, Neil plays Sweet Home Alabama in concert and Skynrd was going to record a song that Neil wrote for them but then something happened.
Probably not news to you but a lot of people believe they had a grudge.

Ya, he could write a lyric or two, but his voice always made me cringe.
He is a lefty tool, but a great musician and I listen to him a lot.
The thing is, if I only listened to musicians I agree with I wouldn’t have anything to listen to. I don’t even agree with the ones who claim to be right wing.
