As I was just saying on one of the local news sites here (Minnesota is getting vast coverage here in NZ) in most countries in the world driving your car in close proximity to the authorities in the middle of a demonstration would be a high risk activity. Imaging being found to be armed at a demonstration in say, Venezuela or Iran.
