Taking A Hike

Okay, given that most  advertising shows  EeewChoob videos seem to be A.I. creations, treat this video with the usual circumspection because I don’t know how much of it is true and how much just cheap sensationalism.  (When I look up “Clarkson” and “Bill Gates” together, the video seems to be the only source — yeah, call me cynical and suspicious.  On the other hand, Clarkson hasn’t repudiated the report yet — something he’s never slow to do if it’s a load of crap, so maybe there’s actually something to it.)

All that said, if this item is indeed true, then it would seem that the Greatest Living Englishman has managed to resist the advances of the dreadful billionaire Bill Gates (purveyor of shit software since the 1960s).

As to what Gates is trying to do by buying thousands upon thousands of acres of British agricultural land:  your guess is as good as mine.  But given the Seattle dwarf’s track record, it can’t be A Good Thing.

And harking back to the previous post, it seems as though for every decent billionaire (e.g. Elon Musk), there seem to be too many scumbags like Gates and George Soros.

  1. I don’t believe it for a second.

Bill Gates *claims* that he’s investing in US farmland because for it’s long term appreciation, and income potential, as well as to advance science in farming technology and biofuels. Again, claims. Of course, he’s also invested in the fake meat companies.

Diddly Squat farm is only as “valuable” as it is because Clarkson owns it, and uses it to make funny youtube videos. Once Clarkson is out of the picture it becomes yet another hobby farm.
