Not Failing

Like most conservatives, I was astonished to see that in the coming Fall [sic]  NYfC will be electing a raging Marxist (again) to be their mayor.

I mean, seriously?  Did they not learn their lesson with De Blasio?

Then a parallel issue emerged when looking at who voted for whom.  (Another side issue:  it says a lot when that little shit disgraced ex-NYGov Andrew Cuomo is seen as the “moderate” choice.)

Actually, “our higher education system” is not failing at all, when you consider that the function of our college system is to further the spread of Marxism.  In fact, in light of the above election result, their performance is a remarkable success.

  1. My wife and I lived in the Heart of the Hive™ of Southwest Minneapolis for almost 3 decades, because that’s where my job was. I was designing a rather specialty product that only had three other real competitors (not in the US, on the planet) and so we stayed there long after you could see the acceleration in the disintegration of the cities and state. We pulled up stakes and left for our current home in TinyTown™ in NW Wyoming after I retired. We loved our former home state, and had there been even a tiny portion of rationality to the other people in the city, we’d have gritted our teeth and stayed because we loved it there. There was no hope of the collectivists living there pulling their heads out, so we moved to somewhere that was a lot closer in alignment to our standards, values, ethics and morals.

If there is anyone sane left in NY-effing-C they now have a very limited time frame in which to leave; not just the city, but also the state that the city will drag down into the black hole with it. Don’t stop to worry about how you’ll make a living; if you’re an honest productive human being that’s never a problem. Yup, for a while you’ll miss the “vibrancy” of your dazzling urbanite neighbors, but your house won’t be burned to the ground, your wife won’t be raped, and you won’t have to carry a throw-away wallet just to keep the muggers happy. “Give them what they want” works great, right up until you meet the sociopath who wants your life.

As a result of having to throw away our plans of where we wanted to live because of the collectivists, I will have exactly ZERO give-a-hoots (expletive substituted) for anyone who is still in that City (or any other collectivist enclave) after this. None, zip, zero. Even if you’re a staunch free-markets/free-minds kind of person, your decision to stay there and be subsumed is literally insane and disconnected from both reality and history. “May your chains rest lightly upon you.”

  2. Can anyone imagine New Yorkers waiting in line for ANYTHING not concert or sports event without it turning into a gang-on-gang shootfest with non-gangers as the primary targets? IMHO, people who live in New York, L.A., or any other major population ghetto are more than a little brain-dead to begin with. There are not enough unicorn f*rts or magic lamps to make the Commie Muslim Mayor’s fever dreams come true.

  3. The dark side of me hopes Mamdani wins: The citizens of New York City deserve a mayor like him and they should get it. Good and hard.

  4. Wonder how much floor theft is going to happen at these .gov grocery stores. I’m guessing somewhere around 100%
