I bought a brand new black SG in 1992 and immediately tore it down and put it back together the way it should be. DiMarzio PAF Pro pickups, etc., etc. Then 2 years later I gave it to my son, who still owns it. Kinda wish I had it back. Maybe I should build another, with a couple extra things on it.
