The music of the 80’s is my favorite. While I do like the 70’s and 90’s and 2000’s, the 80’s will always be my favorite musical era. I was born in the 80’s so maybe there is something to that too.
The Moody Blues have an amazing sound. So unique and catchy. The music of 2025 does not compare.

What he said! For me, “Your Wildest Dreams” is all about the one I let get away some sixty years ago. It wasn’t until after she died that I finally realized that it could never have worked out. She was gasoline and I was a highway flare. Still, “when the music plays…”.
“You Wildest Dreams” is my #1 favorite MB song. Catchy and wistful. Like MurphyAZ said, it always makes me think of the last time I was wildly in love with anybody–and glad (in a sad way) that it ended when it did because it was headed for disaster for both of us.
