Any wagers if they’re black? Phony black owned so-called businesses have been rife around the Baltimore/DC area taking advantage of minority set-asides since the Obama Terror. A family member of mine became a victim of that when his government contracts were given to black owned phony businesses that were utterly unqualified to do the work. They then had the gall to come to him to ask him to do the work at a discount after they skimmed their cut off the top.
