Since the Greeks & the Turks can’t agree over who should control Cyprus, kick ’em both out and move the so-called Palestinians in. Of course the island will have to have a naval blockade and inspection of every ship & plane going in there to keep weapons out. Randomly changing which country gets to do that might keep grift to a minimum. If they still can’t play nice, completely blockade the island and let whoever wants to handle the bastards.
