More Electrical Troubles

Friend & Reader Quentin sends me this wonderful video, revealing how the Brits have handled their EVs during the recent cold snap Over There.

Or maybe “not handled” would be more accurate.

I can’t wait to see how people in Minnesoduh and Ill-Annoy are dealing with their EVs in their own oh-so temperate winter climate.

  1. I live in the lib shit box of Minnesota. I have 2 cousins with Tesla Model Y’s, one upgraded to the new Model Y this summer. They both say its the best winter car they have ever owned. Outstanding traction control and handling in snow and ice. Yes, you loose a bit of range in very cold weather, but so does your ICE vehicle in very cold weather, its just a tad more in the EV. I’ll probably buy a model Y next summer, the over all savings are too great not to.

  2. Saw this morning that Germany forced Lexus to turn off the remote start and heat function so you can’t preheat your car in the cold weather they are experiencing. Surprised England didn’t do that too.
