Top 3 reasons why I’m NOT going to go for this discount offer:

- It’s a Glock
- chambered in 9mm, and
- I mean, I’m a yuge fan of DJT, but FFS willya LOOK at that ugliness?
No man should.

Retarded silliness all the way around.
I wouldn’t buy it no matter how low the price.
Lol – I am betting they aren’t selling too many of those – it keeps popping up in their daily mailer.
Even if I were inclined (which I never would be), they didn’t leave room on the lower for:
“45 / 47 / 48”
FFS!
Everyone has a different idea of style. Different people have different tastes.
Rumor has it that all older Glocks other than the 43 series like the 43 and 43 X ) are being discontinued due to the criminals using switches on them. A new series is rumored to be coming so that current switches won’t work. I wonder how long before someone figures out how to make a switch for the new ones.
But hey let’s make laws the criminals won’t follow.
Anyways. I like Glocks. They are simple. But I prefer the Springfield Armory XD series to the Glock. Both are great.
People make different sights, wrap around rubber grips, optics, holsters leather to plastic, and also paint you can coat your slide in (cerekote so you can pay your gunsmith to paint whatever color or design you like on your gun). I’ve seen zombie designs, different color schemes like camo, sometimes just the slide painted and sometimes both the slide and frame painted.
Personally beyond fiber optic or night sights I like a plain stock gun. Simple. Works. It’s not a showpiece of me.
But to each their own.
Ironic though that a politician’s picture is painted onto a gun. Remember the two main enemies of guns – 1 – Rust and 2 – Politicians.
More fashion colors for firearms that simply do not interest me. Make them in every color of the rainbow if that’s your thing but I’m not in that market. I saw this for tiger striped Magnum Research Desert Eagles, multiple colors of Ruger’s and Kimber’s little pistols, commemorative rifles and pistols with laser engraving and gold colored plating etc. Pass.
No doubt a firearm can be used as a medium for impressive inlays and engraving and art is in the eye of the beholder but some of this is just gaudy.
As far as Glock’s being discontinued, I have seen multiple distributors and retailers announce that Gen 3 and Gen 5 Glocks are being discontinued by the end of the year and a new Gen V of Glock perfection is being released.
The more gun companies release new products and new cartridges, I find myself preferring classic wood and steel in classic calibers that have withstood the test of time.
If one must, then a least do this–

Glock? No thanks. Again, if one must, Canik. Everything Glock should have evolved to at least a decade ago, at about half the price.
