Double bagger: A woman so ugly you put a bag over her head in order to be able to get it up for sex with her, and a bag over your own head to be sure neither she nor anyone else know who you are.
Did Gov. Sisolak (Idiot-NV) define Brothels as an “essential”, or “non-essential” business in his Shutdown Order?
It’s Nevada. I’d be surprised if the casinos were NOT deemed essential businesses, so how could the brothels be any different? Tax collection is essential, so tax generation is.
