Nice Thought

Here’s one manifestation of the 2020 fraudulent election backlash:

Nullification isn’t just for Democrats, anymore.

  • We nullify Joe Biden, corrupt pretender, as president, and his running mate Kamala Harris, whose agents stole the election.
  • We nullify do-nothing, fetal position establishmentarian Republicans, RINOs, snake-oil dispensing conservatives, and Never-Trumpers…
  • We nullify any news media or opinion platforms…
  • We nullify the corruption and cowardice within the FBI and DOJ, fit to be heaped with piles of scorn and loathing upon its feckless leaders.
  • We nullify unconstitutional rulings from any judge, or the Supreme Court.
  • We nullify state and local Covid-19 lockdown mandates, First Amendment restrictions, mask wearing edicts, travel bans, and any other intrusions upon our personal liberties.

Nice sentiment.  One question:  just how, exactly, are we going to do this?

  1. OK, I get this and feel it, too. But….by doing this, are we not merely offering the same resistance to Biden that the Liberals did to Trump? As much as I despise and loath Biden, Harris, Pelosi and Shumer, by doing this are we not just becoming them? I can’t stomach either one.

A big caveat, however, on the last point. The entire Covid response MUST be fought and fought hard.

We will not defeat the left by taking on the lefts tactics – we must be better. And execute our vision better. And be ruthless.

The question is, how? Sadly, I have no answer.

    1. I think the key difference between opposition to Biden vs Trump is the small issue of “how” they won (or supposedly won) their contests. I’ll go to my grave believing this election was stolen. I’ve never had a problem accepting defeat in a fair fight. By no means do I believe this was a fair fight.

    2. Being “better than them” is why we lose. Every. Goddamned. Time. We need – for a while – to be far worse than they ever even considered being in their worst nightmare. We need to make it so that the left quakes in fear every time they think about what we could do to them – because we HAVE DONE IT.

      Go Pinochet.

      1. Pinochet did nothing wrong.

Maybe “nullify” is a placeholder word in this case? Maybe it’s just hanging around waiting for a better, more efficacious verb. Destroy, burn, shoot, remove… I’m sure there are better verbs just itching to come out to play. Defenestration? oldie but goodie.

        1. “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

Yes you do, but your flawed premise is blinding you to it.

  2. It’s very simple. We just put “Resist” or “Not My President” bumper stickers on our cars.

  3. When you can’t legally nullify illegal actions. Then there is no other option than to take extra-legal actions, preferably of a extra-lethal variety.

  4. I’m a fan of throwing a monkey wrench in each and every liberal progressive statist Democrat policy, plan, law, rule, action whenever possible. do whatever possible to stymie their progress towards statism.

Disobey, obstruct and ignore tyrants and their minions whenever possible.

the problem is that alleged news organizations ignore any protest of the statist policies they endorse. We had large pro 2A rallies in a blue state. The state police estimated the crowd was in the thousands while the propaganda outlets report dozens or a few hundred. The politicians ignore letters, petitions, debates, etc from opponents. The ballot boxes are rigged in Democrat controlled cities to keep statist Democrats in power to appoint judges and bureaucrats.

  5. “How, exactly, are we going to do this?”

Therein lies the question, down here in Lower Arkansas Trump Country. We’ve got one Democrat State Senator ’round here, and he’s the village idiot. Not worth shooting or hanging.

Beyond that? The Editors of the local Newspapers are High School Journalist teachers, and don’t want to offend anyone. My eldest Son is the Editor of the next newspaper up North of us, and he’s even more pizzed off about the lockdowns and suchlike than I am. He thinks they are going to kill the economy and put him out of work.

There just ain’t much of anyone around here that I can go shoot and feel good about it. I’m too old and slow to go attack the State Capitol, even if it needs attacking, which I don’t figure it will. Arkansas has a history of Seceding, and probably will again if it comes to that. I’ll think about driving up and shooting at someone if they don’t, but until then?

Where, pray tell, does someone like me go to have an insurrection? I’m down for one, but I’m not going to two. We either win the first one or they will bury me on my hill. I’m too old and physically compromised to run away.

    “So it goes.”

  6. Travel bans? As on airlines? Or in automobiles?

Easy enough to keep me off an airline; not so easy to keep me from flying or driving.

  7. Travel Bans can’t work well.

Sure, airplane travel can be heavily restricted but the airlines will scream for bailouts and/or reopening.

Bus, sure, but same as the airlines.

That leaves cars. You can’t close every road into states. There isn’t enough police and National Guard to put checkpoints up. And if checkpoints do go up, I’m sure there are roads around them.

The main problem will be bringing food and such into areas that are “shut down.”
