There has never been, nor will ever be, such a thing.
People that promote such things are shysters and need to be beaten instantly.
The university of South Florida has an entire online course on “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion”, you can even get ‘certificate’. They had more than 100,000 sign up for it. We should probably put our own course together with our own ‘certificate’.
