Obviously, whoever put those mines on the bridge wasn’t trying to conceal them. It is the sort of thing armies do to slow down mechanized pursuit. Except there doesn’t appear to be any mechanized pursuit here. It’s also the sort of thing that propaganda operations do. Your call.
Here is video of civilians driving around the mines. Propaganda or not (regarding the placement thereof), the thought of doing this makes me extremely nervous.
