Today’s my birthday . . . and this posting is an EXCELLENT birthday present. Thanks for the chuckle.
And here’s a birthday wish . . . . directed to all your readers trapped inside the socialist paradise of IL. There are three bills currently in the state legislature which need defeating.
SB0107 – Assault Weapon Ban – even my Marlin 60 is an AW under this nonsense
HB0888 – FOID/Social Media bill – social media postings can be used as grounds for denial of the IL FOID
HB1467 – Ammo Sales Registration – we know how well this has worked in other locations
For all IL residents, as a birthday present, I ask two things:
1) Call all members of the IL house & senate judiciary committees and voice opposition to the bills
2) In specific response to HB1467 / Ammo sales registration bill — BUY AMMO. LOTS OF IT.
I plan to buy at least a thousand rounds of 9mm. I have three guns hungry for that particular flavor of fodder, and with spring/summer coming, I need to stock up.
